Susan Thrasher

From East Nashville, TN, Susan incorporates her life-long passion for fly fishing into her life’s activities. She started her guide and instructional service, Southern Brookies Fly Fishing 20-years ago, is involved in many women’s fly fishing programs, and has been a casting instructor with the Joan Wulff School for 17 years.

Mike Mehrle

From Clarksburg, OH, Mike is the Frugal Fly Rodder, and a fly fisher for over 50 years. He likes fishing small streams and creeks in Ohio and enjoys helping new and experienced fly fishers improve their skills using his experience and innovative approaches.

Mike Exl

Mike is a life-long fly fisher and owner of Moving Water Outfitters in Zionsville, IN. Mike’s shop offers fly fishing gear, tying materials, education, local guide trips, and other angling travel opportunities.

Tom Cross

Tom is from Adams County, OH, is a long-time fishing and outdoors columnist and author. His 2008 book, “Fishing Ohio” is source information for fishing every lake & stream in the state.
