Please register to be put on our wait list in case of cancellations.
On behalf of Buckeye United Fly Fishers, I am pleased to invite you to participate in the 2025 Greater Cincinnati Fly Fishing Show at the Oasis Conference Center.
- 15,000 sq ft Exhibition Room
- Space for 70+ vendors/exhibitors
- Speaker's Presentation Room - capacity 110+ with projection screen
- Fly Tying Presentation Room - capacity 20 with large screen display
- WiFi available (please avoid large or frequent downloads)
- Casting Pond for demos and rod testing
- Expanded Food Court menu
We believe you will be very pleased with this facility. We are increasing our advertising efforts and anticipate a larger crowd compared to previous years.

Floor Plan you will see the layout with numbered booths, the currently assigned booths and a list of vendors/exhibitors.
On the Booth Registration Form, you will be able to:
- Specify Booth Preference
- Specify Furniture and Electrical Needs
- Calculate Fees
Note:
- Oasis does not permit mounting or standing objects on/against walls
- Register early to hold your space - others may prefer the same locations
- Exhibitor base is growing each year and we expect to fill ALL spaces
- Avoid streaming videos at your booth - download them prior to the show
- Please advise our team if you plan to use a Point-of-Sale application
