The Greater Cincinnati Fly Fishing Show is an annual event that promotes the sport of fly fishing in a friendly setting for exhibitors, fly fishers, and the general public. It is a time to bring all parties together for the benefit of the sport. Our booth and admission prices remain low compared to other shows to cover expenses for bringing in top-rated exhibitors, speakers, and presenters. The show grows yearly in our spacious, comfortable, and convenient venue. Our volunteers are available to help you from arriving at our front door to helping you load out at the end of the show.

Location

The Oasis Conference Center offers easy access to Interstate 275 East (exit 54) in Northeastern Cincinnati and is conveniently located near restaurants and motels. The primary vendor area will be situated in a 15,000+ square foot exhibition room, providing ample space to set up your displays.

Setup

• Friday 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm – must be out of the building by 7:30 pm
• Saturday 7:00 am – show opens at 9:00 am
• Plenty of volunteers with carts to help you move in/out (Fri and Sat)
• Complimentary coffee and donuts (Sat morning)

Note:

• Oasis does not permit mounting or standing objects on/against walls
• Register early to hold your space – others may prefer the same locations
• Exhibitor base is growing each year and we expect to fill ALL spaces
• Avoid streaming videos at your booth – download them prior to the show
• Please advise our team if you plan to use a Point-of-Sale application

Lodging

Exhibitors and vendors who need a room are encouraged to book it at the Hilton Garden Inn, 6288 Tri Ridge Blvd, Loveland, OH, as soon as possible (link below). The hotel is holding rooms for vendors and exhibitors at a substantial discount. It is located near the I-275 East exit 54, approximately 2.5 miles from the fly show site. When these rooms have been booked, additional rooms will be made available if they still have them for the required date(s).
