- Bob Goldsberry and Steve Groome - Steve reported a very active TU group having
been to the Mad three times since the beginning of the year.
Several new volunteers are pitching in to work.
A trail is almost cleared and mulched from the Rt. 36 dam to the trestle.
It is adequate even for the handicapped, will relieve pressure on parts
of the river and will help control
erosion. The next workday is
Sunday, February 25th, the day after the Cabin Fever Banquet and Sport Show.
Steve addressed the issue of patches, suggesting that they only be given at the
time of first recognition. Dave
Uckotter suggested that chevrons be added for additional recognition instead of
bestowing additional patches. It
was decided to use this approach in the future.
·

we no timely applications filed. There
have been requests for programs from Indian Hill and Sycamore High schools.
Will need volunteers to sign up to help at Indian Hill.
